I want to send something that isn’t on the Native Botanical website, what can you do?
Don’t give up! Ring us on 02 6382 1586 and talk to one of our team about what you would like. We have built our reputation on going over and above to meet the special needs of our customers. We will do our very best to meet your needs.
Can I buy a gift voucher?
Yes you can! Please ring us on 02 6382 1586 and speak with one of our Native Botanical team members to arrange a gift voucher to be delivered to someone special.
How do I know you received my order?
You will receive email confirmation that we have your order. If you have placed an order online and not received an email, PLEASE CONTACT US BY PHONING (+61 2) 6382 1586.
If the recipient isn’t at home, there are three things that could happen.
1. Our delivery driver will leave the flowers at the front or back door if the sender has requested they do so.
2. If our delivery driver deems it safe to leave the flowers at the recipient’s address they will be left at the suitable location.
3. If it is not suitable to leave the flowers, a delivery notice will be left at the door or in the letterbox asking the recipient to contact Native Botanical and arrange for the flowers to be collected from our studio or for a convenient time for redelivery. Additional charges will apply. We will contact you should this situation arise.
Why does it say that there are no shipping options available during checkout?
If you encounter this message, it means you are attempting to enter a shipping address that is outside of our delivery area. Please contact us directly by phone if you believe there is a mistake.
What happens if I supply the wrong address?
Please be very careful in providing us with correct information.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the delivery details you have given are incorrect, Native Botanical will not refund. Should you wish to send the flowers again – to the correct address – you will be charged the full amount for our creation again, including the delivery charge.
Have my flowers been delivered?
If you would like to know if your flowers have been delivered, please ring us on 02 6382 1586 a day after the set delivery date. By then, we should be able to confirm with our delivery drivers if the delivery was made.
What if I need to request a delivery time?
If your delivery is urgent PLEASE CONTACT US BY PHONING (+61 2) 6382 1586. We will provide you with immediate advice on delivery availability and do our utmost to deliver your flowers.
What is the deadline for placing an order?
All orders placed before 10am, will be guaranteed same day delivery to Young and most surrounding areas. Due to our courier timetable, some orders placed for surrounding towns will delivered next day.
We will do our very best to deliver same day for any order placed AFTER 10am. We will ring you to discuss your order.
We offer an express delivery service for locations within a 5 km radius of each studio. PLEASE CONTACT US BY PHONING (+61 2) 6382 1586 to discuss your request with one of our team members.
Do you deliver on the weekend or public holidays?
We do deliver on Saturdays, although it depends on the delivery location.
We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays, with the exception of Mothers Day.

What if I want to cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, PLEASE CONTACT US BY PHONING (+61 2) 6382 1586. Do not email Native Botanical when cancelling an order as immediate contact with our team is the best way of ensuring the issue is resolved as soon as possible.
Native Botanical requests that you provide us with 24 hours notice prior to the delivery date, should you need to cancel your order. Under this circumstance, we will refund you, less a $20 administrative fee.
If you need to cancel your order on the delivery date, you will be charged 50% of the total order value. If we have already created your order and dispatched it with our courier for delivery, we are simply unable to cancel your order.
Can I change or amend my order?
If you need to CHANGE or AMEND your order for any reason, PLEASE CONTACT US BY PHONING (+61 2) 6382 1586. Do not email Native Botanical when changing or amending an order as immediate contact with our team is the best way of ensuring the issue is resolved as soon as possible.
For local and Australian orders and Native Botanical requests that you provide us with 24 hours notice prior to the delivery date, should you need to cancel your order.
For International orders, alterations must be requested 48 hours before the set delivery date.
We are unable to make changes or amendments for orders already prepared and/or in transit. Depending upon the change or amendment you may have to pay for any additional fees or charges incurred. These will be discussed and agreed with you when you ring us.
Please note that during the Special Occasions (for example Valentines Day and Mothers Day) Native Botanical reserves the right to not accept changes or amendments to any orders.
What if my credit card is declined?
To avoid delays with processing your order, please ensure your payment details are accurately entered into our secure online ordering system. If we encounter any issues with your payment, we will contact you as soon as possible. Please understand that we cannot dispatch your flowers until payment has been confirmed.
Are there any additional charges?
Yes, there is a delivery charge depending on the recipients location. This charge applies to all the areas to which we deliver directly. We also offer in-store pickup for online orders, you are welcome to collect your online order in store free of charge. Please see delivery information for more information.
What is the currency of the prices shown?
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
What methods of payment are acceptable?

At Native Botanical Young, we assist our corporate clients by providing a number of payment options.
