For Native Botanical to process your order, we need information including your full name, email address, contact number, your billing address and payment details.
To avoid delays with processing your order, please ensure your payment details are accurately entered into our secure online ordering system. If we encounter any issues with your order information or payment, we will contact you as soon as possible. Please understand that we cannot dispatch your flowers until payment has been confirmed.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the delivery details you have given are incorrect Native Botanical Young will not refund. Should you wish to send the flowers again – to the correct address – you will be charged the full amount for our creation again.
Cancelling your order
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, PLEASE CONTACT US BY PHONING (+61 2) 6382 1586. Do not email Native Botanical when cancelling an order as immediate contact with our team is the best way of ensuring the issue is resolved as soon as possible.
Native Botanical requests that you provide us with 24 hours notice prior to the delivery date, should you need to cancel your order. Under this circumstance, we will refund you, less a $20 administrative fee.
If you need to cancel your order on the delivery date, you will be charged 50% of the total order value. If we have already created your order and dispatched it with our courier for delivery, we are simply unable to cancel your order.

We treat every situation with regard to individual circumstances and have a number of solutions available, depending on the particular situation.
All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back the original credit card on which the order was purchased. Refunds for in-studio purchases may be processed through the original credit card for which the order was purchased or by EFTPOS only.
About our on-line designs and pricing
All prices are shown in Australian dollars & include the GST. All prices shown on the Native Botanical website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice.
All Native Botanical designs pictured are a guide to the style of flowers, and gifts that will be delivered and we will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions. However, flowers/foliages, plants, containers, accessories and embellishments may vary according to seasonal availability, or when we are not satisfied with the quality of a particular flower or foliage. In some cases, we will substitute a flower or foliage with one of equivalent value and quality to fill your order. Containers are also subject to availability on the day and may be substituted.
